By booking or using our services, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

(a) Anju Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning and maintenance services including but not limited to:
Sofa Cleaning
Mattress Cleaning
Carpet Cleaning

Kitchen Cleaning
Water Tank Cleaning
Home Deep Cleaning
Office Cleaning
Painting Services
Appliance Cleaning
Pest Control and related services
(b) Services may be provided directly by our employees, trained professionals, or authorised service partners.
(c) Service availability may vary depending on location, weather conditions, manpower availability, or operational limitations.
(d) We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking if:
The service location is unsafe
The customer behaves in an abusive or inappropriate manner
The requested service is not technically feasible
Incorrect booking details are provided
(a) Customers may book services through phone calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, or any official booking platform of Anju Cleaning Services.
(b) Booking confirmation will be shared through call, message, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
(c) Customers must provide accurate details including:
Name
Address
Contact number
Type of service required
Preferred date and time
(d) Service timings are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, operational delays, or ongoing services.
(a) Service pricing depends on:
Type of service
Area size
Condition of the premises/items
Materials required
Location
(b) Final pricing may change after inspection if the actual condition differs from the booking description.
(c) Payments can be made through:
Cash
UPI
Bank transfer
Digital wallets
Online payment methods approved by us
(d) Full or partial advance payment may be required for selected services.
(e) All payments made are subject to applicable taxes.
(f) Promotional offers, discounts, or coupons may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
(a) Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking before the service professional reaches the location.
(b) Cancellation charges may apply in the following situations:
Last-minute cancellations
Repeated cancellations
False bookings
Customer unavailable at service location
(c) If our staff reaches the service location and the booking is cancelled, a visiting charge may apply.
(d) Anju Cleaning Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to operational or unavoidable circumstances.
(a) Customers must provide a safe and suitable working environment.
(b) Customers are responsible for:
Securing valuables
Providing electricity and water access where required
Informing us about fragile, damaged, or sensitive items
(c) Customers must ensure pets, children, or hazardous materials do not interfere with service operations.
(d) Customers shall behave respectfully with our staff and professionals.
(e) Any abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
(a) While we strive to deliver high-quality service, certain stains, odours, damages, rust, fungus, paint marks, hard water stains, or permanent marks may not be completely removable.
(b) Results may vary depending on:
Material condition
Age of item
Fabric quality
Existing damage
Environmental factors
(c) We do not guarantee 100% stain removal or restoration of heavily damaged items.
(d) Customers are advised to inspect services immediately after completion.
(a) Any concerns regarding damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
(b) Claims made after 24 hours may not be considered.
(c) Anju Cleaning Services shall not be responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Weak fabric or material conditions
Electrical failures not caused by our staff
Natural wear and tear
Manufacturer defects
(d) In case of proven negligence by our staff, compensation shall be limited to the actual assessed repair cost or service amount paid, whichever is lower.
(a) Refunds are provided only in genuine cases where:
Service was not delivered
Duplicate payment occurred
Major service failure is verified
(b) Refund approval shall be at the sole discretion of Anju Cleaning Services.
(c) Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method.
(a) During or after service, our team may capture photos or videos of the work for:
Quality control
Training purposes
Marketing and promotional use
(b) We will avoid capturing personal or sensitive customer information.
(c) Customers who do not wish their service area to be photographed must inform us before the service begins.
Customers agree not to:
Use abusive language
Harass or threaten staff
Provide false information
Attempt fraudulent payment practices
Misuse promotional offers
Copy or misuse our branding, content, or images
All logos, designs, branding materials, service content, website content, graphics, and marketing materials of Anju Cleaning Services are the intellectual property of the company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
(a) Customer information collected during booking may include:
Name
Phone number
Address
Service history
(b) This information is used only for:
Service delivery
Customer support
Billing
Promotions and updates
Quality improvement
(c) We do not sell customer data to third parties.
(d) By using our services, customers consent to receiving calls, messages, WhatsApp updates, and promotional communication from Anju Cleaning Services.
Certain services may involve third-party products, equipment, or service partners. Anju Cleaning Services shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
(a) Anju Cleaning Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
(b) Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.
(c) Customers use our services at their own discretion and acknowledge that cleaning results may vary.
We shall not be responsible for delays or failure in service due to events beyond our control including:
Natural disasters
Floods
Fire
Strikes
Government restrictions
Pandemic situations
Transport disruptions
Weather conditions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Customers violate these Terms
Payments are not made
Unsafe conditions are identified
Fraudulent activity is suspected
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Jorhat, Assam.
Anju Cleaning Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Updated Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication or communication.
